摘  要:以辽西朝阳地区钒钛磁铁精矿的还原产物为原料,研究了磁场强度和磨矿粒度对磁选分离效果的影响,同时借助SiO2-Al2O3-CaO三元系相图预测了炉渣的理论熔点,并进行具体的熔分实验验证。结果表明,较佳的磁选条件为磁场强度40 mT、原料粒度<48μm含量89%,铁粉的全铁含量为77.91%,铁回收率为91.58%,富钒钛料的全钛含量为38.43%,钛回收为69.49%,富钒钛料的全钒含量为3.11%,钒回收率为64.51%。通过三元系相图的分析,确定了炉渣的理论熔点为1550℃。熔分实验表明,熔分时间30 min,熔分温度1550℃,渣金实现分离,其中含钒生铁的全铁含量为96.41%,铁回收率为97.12%,含钒生铁的全钒含量为1.25%,钒回收率为84.66%,含钛炉渣的全钛含量为42.07%,钛回收率为98.34%。由于熔分实验的铁、钒和钛回收率均高于磁选实验,故辽西朝阳地区钒钛磁铁精矿还原产物更适合通过电炉熔分来实现资源的高效利用。Reduction product of vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate(Chaoyang,Liaoning,China)was used as raw material.Effects of magnetic field intensity and grinding particle size on magnetic separation were investigated.At the same time,the theoretical smelting point of slag was predicted by ternary phase diagram for SiO2-Al2O3-CaO systems,and smelting separation experiment was per⁃formed to verify this conclusion.The results showed that the optimal magnetic separation conditions were magnetic field intensity of 40 mT,raw material granularity<48μm content of 89%.The total iron content of iron powder and the recovery rate of iron were 77.91%and 91.58%.The total titanium and vanadium contents of vanadium titanium enriched material were 38.43%and 3.11%.The titanium and vanadium recovery ratios were 69.49%and 64.51%.The theoretical smelting point of the slag was determined to be 1550℃by ter⁃nary phase diagram.The smelting separation experiment showed that metallic iron was separated from the slag when smelting separa⁃tion time was 30 min and temperature was 1550℃.The total iron and vanadium contents of vanadium-containing pig iron were 96.41%and 1.25%.The recovery ratios of iron and vanadium were 97.12%and 84.66%.The total titanium content of titanium-containing slag and the recovery ratio of titanium were 42.07%and 98.34%.Since the recovery ratios of iron,vanadium and titanium in the smelting separation experiments were higher than those in the magnetic separation experiment,the reduction product of vanadium-titanium mag⁃netite concentrate was more suitable for efficient utilization of resources by smelting separation of electric furnace.
