摘 要:针对稀土尾矿催化CO还原NO的特性,利用X射线荧光光谱分析仪(XRF)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对稀土尾矿进行表征测试分析,并采用立式管式炉反应器进行脱硝实验性能研究。结果表明:稀土尾矿是一种多金属复合氧化物的矿物,具有高效率、高抗硫性、高稳定性催化CO还原NO的作用。反应温度越高,NO的转化率越高。当反应温度升高至800℃时,NO的转化率为98.7%。在一定范围内,增加CO体积分数有利于提高NO的转化率。当反应温度为800℃,CO体积分数为2000×10^(-6),NO的转化率为98.7%,当CO体积分数继续增加,NO的转化率会缓慢降低。增加CO2与SO2的体积分数对NO的转换率影响相对较小。O2的存在严重影响NO的转化率。当反应温度为800℃,O2体积分数为2.0%时,NO的转化率仅为7.3%。随着反应时间的增加,NO的转化率会略有减小。当反应温度为800℃,反应时间为8 h,NO的转化率为80.5%。For the characteristics of rare earth tailings reduction of NO catalyzed by CO,the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)were used to char⁃acterize rare earth tailings.The experiments of denitration performance were carried out using a vertical tube furnace reactor.The re⁃sults showed that the rare earth tailing was a kind of mineral of multi-metal composite oxide,which had high efficiency,high sulfur re⁃sistance and high stability to catalyze the effect of CO on NO reduction.When the temperature rose,the conversion rate of NO in⁃creased.When the reaction temperature raised to 800℃,the conversion rate of NO was 98.7%.Within a certain range,increasing the CO volume fraction was beneficial to increase the conversion rate of NO.When the reaction temperature was 800℃,the CO volume fraction was 2000×10^(-6),and the conversion rate of NO was 98.7%.When the CO volume fraction continued to increase,the conversion rate of NO decreased slowly.Increasing the volume fraction of CO2 and SO2 had a relatively small effect.Oxygen affected severely the conversion rate of NO.When the reaction temperature was 800℃and the volume fraction of O2 was 2.0%,the conversion of NO was only 7.3%.As the reaction time increased,the conversion rate of NO decreased slightly.When the reaction temperature was 800℃,the reaction time was 8 h,and the conversion of NO was 80.5%.
