摘  要:采用水热合成法制备掺杂稀土镨元素的纳米锰锌铁氧体(Mn_(0.4)Zn_(0.6)PrxFe_(2-x)O_(4),x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07),采用多种技术手段对样品进行表征,研究不同Pr^(3+)含量对锰锌铁氧体吸波性能的影响并分析吸波机制。由X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)分析表明:晶化反应温度155℃,晶化反应时间9 h,掺杂量0.03为最优实验条件,制备出的锰锌铁氧体纯相。随着Pr^(3+)含量不断增加,引发尖晶石结构晶格畸变,晶格常数急剧减小。最低降至0.8446,晶粒平均尺寸在24~35 nm之间,显然,Pr^(3+)的掺入可以影响锰锌铁氧体的结构参数及组分。晶粒形状呈不规则的四边形和类球形,部分区域存在团聚,分散性变差。矢量网络分析仪(VNA)分析测试表明:当x=0.03时,最大损耗角正切值为0.29,最低反射损耗为-19.216 dB,吸波性能最好。当掺量高于最佳值时,样品的反射损耗值逐渐增大,吸波性能随之减弱;说明掺杂适量的稀土镨元素能够优化材料电磁特性,增大在高频段内的电磁损耗,提升其吸波性能。Nanocrystalline Mn-Zn ferrite(Mn_(0.4)Zn_(0.6)PrxFe_(2-x)O_(4),x=0,0.03,0.05,0.07)doped with rare earth praseodymium was pre⁃pared by hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by various technical methods.Effects of different Pr3+contents on Mn-Zn Ferrite mi⁃crowave absorption property were studied and the absorbing mechanism was analyzed.The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analysis showed that the pure phase of Mn-Zn ferrite was prepared under optimum experimen⁃tal conditions of crystallization reaction temperature of 155℃,crystallization reaction time of 9 h and doping content of 0.03.The spi⁃nel structure was initiated to distortion of the crystal lattice made crystal lattice constant drastically decrease with Pr^(3+)increasingly dop⁃ing content.The lowest value was 0.8446,and the average grain size was 24~35 nm.Obviously,the addition of Pr3+could affect the structure parameters and composition of Mn-Zn ferrite.The grain shape presented in the form of irregular quadrilateral and spherical,and in the partial region,the grain agglomeration led to bad dispersion.The results of vector network analysis(VNA)showed that when x=0.03,the maximum loss tangent was 0.29,the lowest reflection loss was-19.216 dB,and the microwave absorption property was the best.When the doping content was higher than the optimum value,the reflection loss value of the sample increased gradually and the microwave absorption property of the sample decreased.It was indicated that the electromagnetic characteristic of the material could be optimized by the rare earth element doped with the proper amount.Meanwhile,the electromagnetic loss in the high frequency band could be increased to improve the microwave absorption property of the material.
