摘　　要：本文主要讲述了在某联合罐区装置改造项目中,需要对DCS系统进行更新改造.新DCS系统采用了西门子PCS 7-400,由于各方面的原因,需要在距离新中央控制室较远的罐区区域内配置远程I/O站,实现主控制器与远程I/O站之间的通讯,同时现场设备需要满足该环境的防爆要求,从而达到装置安稳运行的目的.iThis thesis mainly describes the DCS system needs to be updated and reformed in a combined tank farm transformation project.The new DCS system adopts Siemens PCS 7-400;due to various reasons,it is necessary to configure a remote I/O station in the tank area far away from the new CCR;to realize the communication between the main controller and the remote I/O station.At the same time,the field equipment needs to meet the explosion-proof requirements of the environment,so as to achieve the purpose of stable operation of the device.
