摘  要:为提高汽轮机运行稳定性与可靠性,应当对液压调速系统发生摆动的诱因进行分析,基于外部因素与内部因素进行解析,并对其存在的具体故障进行及时排除,如原件卡涩故障、负荷摆动故障、质量缺陷故障等.汽轮机液压调速系统存在的故障得到处理后,则可有效提高汽轮机的整体运行安全性.In order to improve the stability and reliability of steam turbine operation,it is necessary to analyze the inducement of the hydraulic speed control system swing,analyze based on external and internal factors,and promptly remove specific faults,such as the original jam fault,Load swing failure,quality defect failure,etc.After the faults in the hydraulic speed control system of the steam turbine are dealt with,the overall operational safety of the steam turbine can be effectively improved.The following is the analysis of the cause of the swing in the hydraulic governing system of the steam turbine and the study of its elimination measures.
