摘  要:近年来立式高加越来越多的被超超临界百万千瓦机组使用,同卧式高加相比较,立式高加安装时的吊装方法和工艺具有自身的特点和要求,需要认真研究和总结.本文结合华电莱州二期等三个项目的立式高加吊装实践,对吊装工艺进行细部分析,对吊装准备和吊装过程中需要注意的问题进行总结,对吊装方案作出比较和探讨.In recent years,vertical high-pressure heaters have been increasingly used by ultra-supercritical million kilowatt units.Compared with horizontal high-pressure heaters,the hoisting methods and processes for vertical highpressure heaters have their own characteristics and requirements.Seriously study and summarize.In this paper,combined with the vertical high-pressure hoisting practices of the three projects of Huadian Laizhou Phase Ⅱ,the detailed analysis of the hoisting process is carried out;the hoisting preparation and the problems that need attention in the hoisting process are summarized,and the hoisting schemes are compared and discussed.
