摘　　要：目的:研究连钱草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS、MPLC等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从连钱草正丁醇部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-(3′,4′-二羟苯基)-1,3-胡椒环-5-醛(1)、β-蜕皮甾酮(2)、(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(E)-6-[9-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)butylidene]-1,1,5-trimethyl-4-cyclohexen-3-one(4)、丁香酚-O-β-芹糖-(1→6)-O-β-葡萄糖苷(5)、鹅掌楸碱(6)、丁香脂素(7)、杜仲树脂酚(8)、迷迭香酸正丁酯(9)、3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-fucopyranosyl-3β,16α,23,28,29-pentahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-diene(10)、lucihirtin A(11)、毛冬青三萜B1(12)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Glechoma longituba.Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography, including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20,ODS and MPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods.Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of Glechoma longituba,and identified as 2-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole-5-aldehyde(1),β-ecdysterone(2),(6R,9R)-3-oxo-α-ionol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),(E)-6-[9-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)butylidene]-1,1,5-trimethyl-4-cyclohexen-3-one(4),eugenol-O-β-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-glucoside(5),liriodendrin(6),syringaresinol(7),medioresinol(8),n-butyl rosmarinate(9),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-β-D-fucopyranosyl-3β,16α,23,28,29-pentahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-diene(10),lucihirtin A(11),ilexsaponin B1(12),respectively.Conclusion: All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
