摘 要:目的研究建立比浊法检测游泳池水中氰尿酸含量的方法。方法在p H值为6.0~7.0条件下,游泳池水中氰尿酸与三聚氰胺反应生成三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐沉淀,形成浑浊,于480 nm波长下,以水为参比,测量吸光度。结果方法在5~50 mg/L线性关系良好,加标回收率在94.3%~105.0%,精密度在2.2%~3.7%,方法检出限为5.0 mg/L。结论采用比浊法测定游泳池水中氰尿酸,方法精密度好,准确度高,特异性强,操作方便,经济易于普及。Objective To study and establish a turbidimetric method for detecting the content of cyanuric acid in swimming pool water. Methods Under the condition of p H 6. 0 ~ 7. 0,cyanuric acid reacted with melamine in swimming pool water to form melamine cyanurate precipitate,which formed turbidity. At 480 nm wavelength,the absorbance was measured using water as reference. Results The method had a good linear relationship in the range of 5 mg/L to 50 mg/L,the recovery rates were between 94. 3% and 105. 0%,the precision was between 2. 2% and 3. 7%,with the detection limit of the method 5. 0 mg/L. Conclusion The turbidimetric method can be used for the determination of cyanuric acid in swimming pool water,and this method has good precise,high accuracy,strong specificity,convenient operation and easy popularization.
