呼和浩特城市用地扩展及其驱动因素分析

摘　　要：以遥感影像为信息源,采用RS、GIS技术、城市扩展指标及灰关联与主成分分析法,对1977年—2017年呼和浩特及其四辖区城市用地扩展的时空分异、模式特征、结构变化、用地转换、土地效益与驱动因素进行分析。结果表明:呼和浩特城市用地具有加速扩张的阶段性特征,且空间分异显著;城市形态由紧凑、稳定型向松散、复杂化发展,但四辖区形态变化各异;城市重心向东偏移,用地形状近于矩形,四辖区重心分别向四周转移,形状多样并趋于复杂;城市用地向东北、正东扩展较多,西北、正西扩展缓慢,扩展模式由带状向放射状、组团式及镶嵌式转变;城市用地扩张源于对耕地的侵占,用地效益虽有提升,但与人口发展不协调,城市及四辖区人均建设用地均严重超标。投资加大、生态建设、工业发展、交通扩张、经济增长、人口增加、资源开发、技术进步是推动城市扩展的主要因素。The research on urban expansion,including its driving mechanism,is of great significance to control urban expansion and realize the optimal allocation of land resources with effect.The major elements,including spatial-temporal differentiation,pattern feature,structural change,land-use conversion,land efficiency and driving factors of urban expansion,were calculated and analyzed in Hohhot City from 1977 to 2017 by using remote sensing images,RS and GIS tools,and data analysis methods such as expansion index,Grey correlation and principal component analysis.There are six major findings reporting as follows.First,the urban land in Hohhot City expanded rapidly,whose spatial differentiation was significant.Second,the urban morphology developed from compact and stable to loose and complex,but the shape of four districts was varied.Third,the urban gravity center shifted to the east,and its external shape was nearly rectangular.The gravity centers of four districts shifted to all around,whose external shape tended to be complex.Forth,the urban mainly tended to northeast and due east,and the direction of northwest and due west almost unchanged.The expansion feature changed from strip-shaped to radial,group and mosaic.What’s more,land efficiency enhanced gradually,which resulted in so large number of lands,especially farmlands were occupied.However,it was not coordinated with the population development,and the per capita construction land had exceeded the initial plan.Last but not the least,increasing investment,ecological construction,industrial development,traffic expansion,economic growth,population increase,resource development and technological progress are the main factors to promote urban expansion.
