摘 要:本研究以马鞍藤(Ipomoea pes-caprae L.)克隆分株为研究对象,对相连和断开的姊株、妹株分别进行盐分异质胁迫,对比研究在不同浓度的盐分胁迫条件下克隆分株生物量及根系生长状况。结果显示,盐分胁迫会显著降低马鞍藤植株的地上和地下生物量、根冠比、根系长度、根系表面积以及根系总体积等指标。在相同浓度盐分胁迫下相连妹株各项生长指标显著高于断开妹株,而相连姊株各项生长指标则低于断开姊株。结果表明盐分胁迫下相连姊株可以向相连妹株提供生长支持,但同时也会对自身生长带来不利影响。To reveal the coastal plants salt tolerance,the cloned ramets of Ipomoea pes-caprae L.were used as the experimental material,and the heterogeneous salt stress was applied to the connected and disconnected cloned ramets.The biomass and root growth status of the clonal ramets were compared under different salt stress conditions.The results showed that salt stress significantly reduced the above-ground and underground biomass,root-shoot ratio,root length,root surface area,and total root volum.Under the same salt concentration,the growth indexes of the connected distal clonal ramets were significantly higher than those of the disconnected distal clonal ramets,while the proximal clonal ramets showed the opposite trend.It could be concluded that the connected proximal clonal ramets can provide growth support to the connected distal clonal ramets,but it could also adversely affect their own growth at the same time.
