摘　　要：汽车车身漆面烘干是汽车制造环节中非常重要的工序,而烘干过程中的温度又是其重要的控制参数,本文使用西门子S7-200smartPLC作为主控制器,分析了系统总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计,使用昆仑通态触摸屏设计人机界面,实现对生产环节进行参数设置、实时状态显示、报警信息、历史记录等,该系统适用于小厂区直通式烘房自动化升级改造,具有成本较低、改造方便等特点。Car bodypaint dryingis veryimportant in automotive manufacturingprocess,and the temperature in the drying process is an important control parameter.This paper uses the Siemens S7-200 smartPLC as the main controller to analyse the system overall design,hardware design,software design,and uses the Kunlun state touch screen to design man-machine interface,realize parameters setting,real-time status display,alarm information,history record,etc.of production.The system is suitable for automatic upgrade of small factory straight-through type dryer,with characteristics of low cost,easy modification,etc.
