儿科消化不良患儿行香砂枳术丸联合保和丸治疗方案的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的儿科消化不良患儿行香砂枳术丸联合保和丸治疗方案的效果分析。方法选择于2018年10月—2019年10月时间段内该院收诊并治疗的82例消化不良患儿为对象展开研究分析,参照患儿入院后病床号的奇偶性分作两组,一组41例采用保和丸疗法(对照组),另一组41例采用保和丸+香砂枳术丸疗法(治疗组),对比分析两组花儿治疗前后的症状积分以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后症状积分:治疗组患儿的症状积分(7.12±4.01)分明显小于对照组(9.32±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.742,P<0.05);治疗总有效率:治疗组患儿的治疗总有效率为92.68%明显高于对照组患儿的75.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05)。结论消化不良患儿临床采用保和丸+香砂枳术丸疗法,可以有效改善其临床症状表现,效果十分确切,具有普及使用的价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Xiangsha Zhizhu pills combined with Baohe pills in children with pediatric dyspepsia.Methods The 82 children with dyspepsia admitted and treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected for research and analysis,and the children were divided into two groups according to the parity of the bed number after admission.A group of 41 children were treated with Baohe Pills(control group),and another group of 41 children were treated with Baohe Pills+Xiangsha Zhizhu Pills(treatment group).The symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment and the total treatment efficient were compared and analyzed.Results Symptom score after treatment:the symptom score of children in the treatment group was(7.12±4.01)points,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.32±3.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.742,P<0.05);Total effective rate:the total effective rate of treatment of children in the treatment group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than that of 75.61%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of Baohe Pills+Xiangsha Zhizhu Pills in children with dyspepsia can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,the effect is very accurate,and has the value of popularization.
