安理申联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆临床探讨

摘　　要：目的安理申联合奥拉西坦治疗血管性痴呆临床观察。方法将该院2018年11月—2019年11月就诊的78例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序,将78例患者分为两组,即治疗组与对照组,采用安理申联合奥拉西坦治疗的为治疗组,采用安理申治疗的为对照组,治疗后就患者精神状态、不良反应发生率及日常生活能力做出评价。结果治疗前,两组患者精神状态评分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.210,P=0.820);治疗后,治疗组患者精神状态评分(25.27±4.18)分明显优于对照组(21.71±5.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.310,P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率2.56%相较对照组明显偏低20.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P=0.033)。治疗前,两组患者日常生活能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(t=1.560,P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组日常生活能力评分(84.56±3.32)分相较对照组(71.63±4.09)分明显偏高,对比差异有统计学意义(t=15.320,P<0.001)。结论对血管性痴呆患者采用安理申联合奥拉西坦治疗,既能改善患者精神状态,又能确保治疗安全性,提高患者日常生活能力,应被大力推广及应用。Objective A clinical observation of Aricept combined with Oxiracetam in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,78 patients with vascular dementia in the hospital will be used as the research object in the future.According to the order of admission,78 patients were divided into two groups,namely treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Oxiracetam,and the control group was treated with Aricept.After treatment,the patients'mental state,incidence of adverse reactions and activities of daily living were evaluated.Results Before treatment,the mental state scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(t=0.210,P=0.820);after treatment,the mental state scores of patients in the treatment group(25.27±4.18)points were significantly better than those in the control group(21.71±5.24)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.310,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.56%,which was significantly lower than the control group by 20.51%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.522,P=0.033).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of the scores of the two groups of patients'ability of daily living(t=1.560,P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of daily living ability of the treatment group(84.56±3.32)points were compared with the control group(71.63±4.09)points was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.320,P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment of patients with vascular dementia with Aricept combined with Oxiracetam can not only improve the mental state of the patients,but also ensure the safety of the treatment and improve the ability of daily living of the patients.It should be promoted and applied.
