摘　　要：用户获取图书馆数字资源最先面临且无法绕开的障碍是身份认证。在国外以联盟形式集合教学研究机构和资源供应商共同参与的联合认证已形成趋势,而国内这项应用刚刚起步。本文从章程制定、管理体系、运营发展和规模服务等方面对国内外数字资源认证联盟展开比较,分析国内联盟面临的问题,进而提出生态化建设、大数据应用、移动社交融合和数据隐私保护等发展策略。The first step for the end users to obtain library digital resources is identity authentication.The federal authentication method in which educational organizations,research institutions and resource suppliers are jointly participated in the form of federations has become a trend in foreign countries.However,this application in China has just started.By comparing the differences among digital resource authentication federations in China and abroad,the article proposes some development strategies according to the domestic status quo,such as ecological construction,big data application,mobile social integration and data privacy protection.
