探讨输尿管结石患者体外碎石后采用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊辅助排石的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对输尿管结石患者体外碎石后采用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊进行辅助排石的效果。方法将2018年6月—2019年12月在该医院接受体外碎石治疗的128例输尿管结石患者纳入研究,通过抽签分成对照组(n=64,常规治疗)和实验组(n=64,盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊)。对比两组的治疗效果、结石排出情况、血尿情况与肾绞痛情况。结果比照对照组,实验组的治疗总有效率(93.75%)与结石排净率(51.56%、65.63%、79.69%、95.31%)均更高,其血尿持续时间(2.26±0.31)d、肾绞痛发生率(7.81%)与疼痛评分(1.21±0.26)分均更低,均差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.926、3.858、6.179、12.372、20.700,t=36.478,χ^(2)=8.957,t=16.887,P<0.05)。结论对输尿管结石患者体外碎石后采用盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊进行辅助排石的效果理想,可提高患者结石排净率。Objective To investigate the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for assisted dispelling of ureteral stones after extracorporeal lithotripsy.Methods 128 patients with ureteral calculi who received extracorporeal lithotripsy treatment in the hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into a control group(n=64,conventional treatment)and an experimental group(n=64,hydrochloric acid Tamsulosin sustained-release capsules).The treatment effect,stone discharge,hematuria and renal colic were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment(93.75%)and the stone removal rate(51.56%,65.63%,79.69%,95.31%)of the experimental group were higher,and the duration of hematuria(2.26±0.31)d,incidence of renal colic(7.81%)and the pain score(1.21±0.26)points were both lower,and there were statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=11.926,3.858,6.179,12.372,20.700,t=36.478,χ^(2)=8.957,t=16.887,P﹤0.05).Conclusion After extracorporeal lithotripsy in patients with ureteral calculi,the effect of using tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for auxiliary stone removal is ideal,which can improve the stone removal rate of patients and should be widely used.
