摘　　要：目的探究糖皮质激素治疗内分泌疾病的临床效果。方法病例选取时间:2014年4月-2019年12月,共选取我院以及武汉协和医院80例内分泌疾病患者进行此次研究,选用双盲随机数字法,将研究对象分为两组,对比组40例,研究组40例,对比组进行一般治疗方式,研究组在一般治疗的同时进行糖皮质激素治疗,分析两组的不良反应发生率、临床治疗效果、患者治疗满意度数据。结果数据结果显示:研究组的不良反应发生率为2.50%,对比组为22.50%,χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.006;研究组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,对比组为77.50%,χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.006;研究组患者的治疗满意度为97.50%,对比组为82.50%,χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025,差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论内分泌疾病患者在进行一般治疗的同时进行糖皮质激素治疗,可以有效地降低治疗不良反应的发生,提升临床治疗总有效率,提升患者的治疗满意度,能够对多项临床治疗进行改善,值得在临床中进行运用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of glucocorticoids on endocrine diseases.Methods Case selection time:April 2014 to December 2019,a total of 80 patients with endocrine diseases in our hospital and Wuhan Union Hospital were selected for this study.The double-blind random number method was used to divide the study subjects into 2 groups.There were 40 cases in the comparison group and 40 cases in the study group.The comparison group was given general treatment.The study group was given glucocorticoid treatment at the same time as the general treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions,clinical treatment effects,and patient satisfaction data of the two groups were analyzed.Results The data showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.50%,the comparison group was 22.50%,χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.006;the total treatment effective rate in the study group was 97.50%,and the comparison group was 77.50%,χ^(2)=7.314,P=0.006;the treatment satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 97.50%and that in the comparison group was 82.50%,χ^(2)=5.000,P=0.025.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with endocrine diseases are treated with glucocorticoid therapy at the same time as general treatment,which can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse effects of treatment,improve the overall efficiency of clinical treatment,improve the treatment satisfaction of patients,and can improve multiple clinical treatments.It is worthy of extensive application in the clinic.
