摘　　要：目的探讨针刺结合中药灸对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的影响。方法研究纳入80例DPN患者,病例选取时间为2018年8月-2019年12月,将其按照住院序号分成两组,各40例。其中奇数设为对照组,给予常规西药治疗;而偶数设为研究组,在以上基础上给予针刺与中药灸治疗,比较两组患者的中医症候积分与体征积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后研究组的中医症候积分与体征积分较对照组均明显降低(P <0.05)。研究组的疗效较对照组均更优(P <0.05)。结论针刺结合中药灸治疗DPN有可靠的疗效,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,显著改善患者的临床症状,因此值得在临床中应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods 80 patients with DPN were included in the study.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the number of inpatients,40 patients in each group,starting from August 2018 to December 2019.Among them,the odd number was set as the control group,which was treated with conventional western medicine,while the even number was set as the research group,which was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the above,to compare the TCM symptom score,physical sign score and clinical effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom score and physical sign score of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion has a reliable therapeutic effect on DPN,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,so it is worth applying in clinical.
