应用甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的观察及评价

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺良性疾病患者应用甲状腺全切术治疗的安全性及术后并发症的预防。方法方便选取126例2018年2月-2019年3月期间收治的甲状腺良性疾病患者作为研究对象,采取随机奇偶法将患者分为两组,分别为63例,采用甲状腺全切术治疗的为实验组,采用甲状腺次全切术治疗的为参照组,对两组患者的手术情况进行比较。结果实验组组患者二次手术率(1.59%)和复发率(1.59%)明显低于参照组二次手术率(14.29%)和复发率(12.70%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.952、4.308,P<0.05);实验组住院费用(4 208±530)元相较于参照组(6 619±520)元明显较少,实验组患者手术时间(70.4±1.7)min与参照组(110.7±1.1)min相比明显较短,差异有统计学意义(t=25.773、158.000,P<0.05)。结论在治疗甲状腺良性疾病期间,应用甲状腺全切术有较高的应用价值,可减少并发症,缩短患者手术时间,减少住院费用,具有明显优势。Objective To investigate the safety of total thyroidectomy in patients with benign thyroid diseases and the prevention of postoperative complications.Methods Convenient to select 126 patients with benign thyroid disease admitted from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random parity method,63 cases respectively,and the experimental group was treated with total thyroidectomy,the treatment with subtotal thyroidectomy was used as the reference group,and the complications and operation status of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The second operation rate(1.59%)and recurrence rate(1.59%)of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than the second operation rate(14.29%)and recurrence rate(12.70%)of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.952,4.308,P<0.05);The hospitalization expenses of the experimental group(4208±530)yuan were significantly less than that of the reference group(6619±520)yuan.The operation time of the experimental group was(70.4±1.7)min compared with the reference group(110.7±1.1)min,The difference was statistically significant(t=25.773,158.000,P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of benign thyroid diseases,the application of total thyroidectomy has high application value,which can reduce complications,shorten the operation time of patients,and reduce hospitalization costs,which has obvious advantages.
