关节镜下半月板成形术治疗对膝关节半月板损伤患者膝关节功能情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下半月板成形术治疗对膝关节半月板损伤患者膝关节功能情况的影响。方法方便选取2017年9月-2019年9月该院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者72例,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用半月板切除术治疗,研究组应用关节镜下半月板成形术治疗。观察对比患者的治疗效果、Lysholm评分、IKDC评分和并发症等指标变化情况。结果研究组总有效率97.2%高于对照组77.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.914,P<0.05);治疗后研究组Lysholm评分(93.4±5.3)分、IKDC评分(85.7±9.2)分高于对照组Lysholm评分(90.1±6.5)分、IKDC评分(76.4±9.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.175、15.291,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率2.8%低于对照组16.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.935,P<0.05)。结论关节镜下半月板成形术相比半月板切除术治疗膝关节半月板损伤患者疗效更为显著,可以改善患者的膝关节功能,减少感染、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症的发生提高患者的生活质量,促使患者早日康复,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic meniscus plasty on knee function in patients with knee meniscus injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with knee meniscus injury conveniently selected to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group was treated with meniscus resection,and the study group was treated with arthroscopy treatment of lower meniscus.Observe and compare the patient’s treatment effect,Lysholm score,IKDC score and complications and other indicators.Results The total effect rate of the study group was 97.2%higher than that of the control group 77.8%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.914,P<0.05);after the study group Lysholm score(93.4±5.3)points,IKDC score(85.7±9.2)points higher than the control group’s Lysholm score(90.1±6.5)points,IKDC score(76.4±9.12)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.175,15.291,P<0.05);the study group had 2.8%complications incidence rate lower than the control group 16.7%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.935,P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscusplasty is more effective than meniscus resection in the treatment of patients with knee joint meniscus injury.It can improve the knee joint function of the patient,reduce the incidence of infection,deep vein thrombosis and other complications,improvement of the quality of life of patients and let the patient recover as soon as possible,worthy of vigorous promotion and application in clinical practice.
