隔药灸配合艾附暖宫丸治疗虚寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析隔药灸配合艾附暖宫丸治疗虚寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法研究共计分析了100例虚寒型原发性痛经患者的治疗情况,患者在2017年11月—2020年4月期间入院,按照患者意愿将其分成两组,对照组使用艾附暖宫丸治疗,观察组联合隔药灸治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、症状缓解情况和生活质量。结果观察组的治疗有效率是96%(48例),高于对照组的82%(41例),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分(1.54±0.48)分,疼痛持续时间(4.65±1.38)h,数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、5.254,P<0.05);观察组生理领域评分(78.34±3.44)分,心理领域评分(79.45±3.07)分,社会领域评分(82.43±4.17)分,环境领域评分(82.68±4.25)分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.919、8.424、10.359、10.025,P<0.05)。结论隔药灸配合艾附暖宫丸治疗虚寒型原发性痛经疗效显著,可以缓解疼痛,并提升患者生活质量,值得使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of medicine-separated moxibustion combined with Aifu Nuangong Pills in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency and cold.Methods The study analyzed the treatment of 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type.The patients were admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to April 2020.They were divided into two groups according to their wishes.The control group was treated with Aifu Nuangong Pill treatment,observation group combined with medicine-separated moxibustion,the treatment effect,symptom relief and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96%(48 cases),which was higher than 82%(41 cases)in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);the observation group’s VAS score after treatment(1.54±0.48)points,pain duration(4.65±1.38)h,the data was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.461,5.254,P<0.05);the observation group’s score in the physiological field was(78.34±3.44)points,and the score in the psychological field was(79.45±3.07)points,social domain score(82.43±4.17)points,environmental domain score(82.68±4.25)points,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.919,8.424,10.359,10.025,P<0.05).Conclusion Medicine-separated moxibustion combined with Aifu Nuangong Pills is effective in treating primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type,which can relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth using.
