地屈孕酮与黄体酮胶囊治疗先兆流产的对照分析

摘　　要：目的对先兆流产治疗中黄体酮胶囊与地屈孕酮治疗效果进行对比。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月期间120例先兆流产患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=60,地屈孕酮)与观察组(n=60,黄体酮胶囊),对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组腰痛、腰酸及阴道出血等症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇、睾酮及人绒毛膜促性腺激素等指标水平较治疗前均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在保胎成功率方面,观察组(95.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05);用药不良反应对比,观察组为6.67%,对照组为10.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.436,P>0.05)。结论在先兆流产患者治疗中,与地屈孕酮治疗效果相比,黄体酮胶囊治疗中患者症状缓解速度较快,对患者激素水平改善更明显,保胎成功率更高,且用药不良反应较少。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of progesterone capsules and dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 120 patients with threatened abortion from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=60,dydrogesterone)and observation group(n=60,progesterone capsule)according to different treatment methods,to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The time to relieve symptoms such as low back pain,backache,and vaginal bleeding in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of estradiol,testosterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups increased compared to before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of the success rate of pregnancy loss,the observation group(95.00%)was higher than the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05);the adverse drug reaction comparison was 6.67%in the observation group and 10.00%in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.436,P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of threatened abortion patients,compared with the treatment effect of dydrogesterone,the symptoms of progesterone capsules are relieved faster,the hormone levels of the patients are improved more obviously,the success rate of pregnancy loss is higher,and the adverse drug reactions Less,worthy of promotion.
