从话语到行动:于欢案公共讨论的社会实践再审视——兼议公共舆论研究的新面向

摘　　要：作为"现象级"事件,于欢案引发有关舆论意见如何转换为社会行动的大量探讨,相关研究主要集中于探讨舆情传播过程或不同主体的舆论传播行为。这是当前舆论研究的主要面向。舆论研究值得开拓的新面向是:借助话语分析,探究舆论意见的意义生成机制、运动规律及其与社会系统的互动,从意义建构层面揭示从话语到行动机理。公共舆论场是一个竞争性意见场域,话语表达是一种社会实践。舆论的社会行动力,体现为向政治系统传导需求压力,最终促成政府决策。于欢案揭示了在这一过程中话语的运作方式:用不同概念建构事件性质,推动欲望的政治化,向政治系统输入需求;用不同分析视角建构论述框架,推动需求的体系化,向政治系统施加需求压力;用不同理论体系建构推理前提,推动需求的议题化,向政治系统施加决策压力。As a phenomenal event,Yu Huan case aroused a heated discussion about how the public opinion was transformed into social action.Most of the research was focused on the forming process of public opinion or the subjects’communication behavior.A new perspective worthy of attention is to explore the mechanism of meaning generation,law of motion and interaction with the social system of the public opinion by means of the discourse analysis so as to reveal the transforming secret from discourse into social action.Due to a competitive discourse field,people’s opinion expression is a social practice.The social action power of public opinion is embodied in transmitting demand pressure to the political system and ultimately contributing to government decision-making.Yu Huan’s case reveals the mode of operation of discourse in this process:using different concepts to construct the nature of events,to promote the politicization of desires and to input demand into the political system;using different analytical perspectives to construct the framework of discourse,to promote the systematization of demand and to input demand pressure into the political system;and using different theoretical systems to construct the premise of reasoning,to promote the conversion of demand into issues and put pressure on the political system to make decisions.
