摘　　要：《警风》由河北省警务部门创办,以"研讨警察学术,励行建警工作,促进民主政治,倡导新警察作风"为办刊宗旨,主要登载警察建设和警政工作方面的论述,涉及警察的个人素质,地方警队、警局建设,相关法令以及相关统计表和调查表,以及文学作品、新闻稿件等。其稿件来源于全国各地,并以河北省为主,撰稿团队具有稳定性和权威性。期刊栏目设置相对稳定,封面设计风格多样,内文排版疏密相间,便于阅读。该刊发行范围主要以河北省为主,兼及京津,主要读者对象是河北省的警政人员。该刊生动反映了当时的政治经济和民生状况,是研究民国时期河北省警政情况的重要文献,也是研究民国时期河北地区社会治理的参考文献。Founded by the police department of Hebei Province,police ethos aims to"discuss police academic,encourage police work,promote democratic politics,and advocate new police style".It mainly publishes discussions on police construction and police political work,including personal quality of police,construction of local police force and police station,relevant laws and regulations,relevant statistical tables and questionnaires,as well as literary works and news Manuscripts and so on.Its contributions come from all over the country,mainly from Hebei Province,and the writing team has stability and authority.The column setting of the journal is relatively stable,the design style of the cover is diverse,and the layout of the internal text is dense and easy to read.The publication mainly covers Hebei Province,Beijing and Tianjin.Its main readers are police officers of Hebei Province.The journal vividly reflects the politics,economy and people’s livelihood at that time.It is an important document for the study of police administration in Hebei Province during the period of the Republic of China,and also a reference for the study of social governance in Hebei region during the period of the Republic of China.
