摘　　要：简述了新《固体废物污染环境防治法》的修订背景。从5个方面分析了新《固废法》对进口固体废物的管控要求。针对进口固体废物监管过程中鉴别难、退运难和处置难等问题,提出相应的落实对策与建议。Amendment background of the new《Act on Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution》was outlined.Requirements for the management and control of imported solid wastes in the new Act were analysed in five aspects.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed for tackling the difficulties in identification,returning and disposal of imported solid waste in the supervision process.
