翻堆对污泥好氧堆肥的作用与影响

摘  要:结合理论、实验、工程数据,对翻堆作为污泥动态好氧堆肥工艺核心工序的三方面作用:保持堆体孔隙率、减小堆体物料颗粒粒径、均化堆体以及两方面重要影响:对堆体温度的影响和对含水率的影响进行了详细分析论证,得出结论:污泥堆肥领域,无论从技术方面还是经济方面考虑翻堆都是必不可少的,不仅是生产系统效率提升的倍增器,还是产品稳定化、无害化质量保障的重要手段。对翻堆频次的选择进行了定性分析,得出结论:翻堆频次没有绝对最佳,但综合考虑各方面因素,目前可将每天1次作为污泥动态堆肥系统的推荐翻堆频次。最后提出:翻堆作用是通过翻堆机实现的,翻堆机作为唯一直接参与堆肥反应过程的机械设备,能效、自动化水平与可靠性的提升,是未来翻堆系统乃至工业化堆肥系统技术提升的关键。From theoretical,experimental and engineering data,this study analyzed the three benefits of composting turn-over as the core process of sludge dynamic aerobic composting:maintaining the pile porosity,reducing the particle size of the material and homogenizing the composting pile;and analyzed the two important effects:the impacts on the temperature and moisture content of the composting pile.It’s concluded that turn-over is essential for both the technical and economic considerations in sludge composting.It not only improves the efficiency of the production system,but also ensures the stability and harmlessness of products.Through qualitative analysis on the turn-over frequency selection,it is concluded that there isn’t an optimal turn-over frequency,but considering all factors comprehensively,P1/1 is recommended to be the turn-over frequency of sludge dynamic composting system.Finally,as that the turn-over is operated with dumper,which is the only machinery in the composting reaction process.The improvement of its energy efficiency,automation and reliability is critical to upgrading the future composting turn-over system and even industrial composting systems.
