摘　　要：由于现代多样的电子控制技术和电子控制理论的迅猛发展,高精度的机械在各类工业控制系统、生产线等方面的需求越来越大.其中以单片机为核心实现的数字控制器,因其体积小、简便易行等优点,而被广泛应用于各行各业.本文将单片机的温度控制系统作为设计核心,通过温度传感器、单片机等软件系统图,并利用软件编程,从而达到实现水温控制的目的.本文通过DS18B20的温度传感器,对水温进行实时检测与预警,利用PID反馈系统进一步精确地控制水温.该系统通过集数据采集、显示、控制、处理为一体,具有简单实用、可靠性高等特点.With the rapid development of modern technology and control theory,the demand for high-precision machinery in industry is increasing.The digital controller based on single chip microcomputer is widely used in all walks of life because of its small size and easy operation.In this paper,the temperature control system of single-chip microcomputer is taken as the core of the design.Through the software system diagram of temperature sensor and single-chip microcomputer,and using software programming,the water temperature can be controlled.In this paper,DS18 B20 temperature sensor is used to detect and warn the water temperature in real time,so as to further control the test water temperature.The system integrates data acquisition,display,control and processing,so it has the characteristics of simple,practical and high reliability.
