摘 要:习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出:“其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田,使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应”,“把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程”。加强“课程思政”建设,必须以马克思、恩格斯关于人的全面发展的思想为理论基础,必须以习近平总书记关于新时代高校思想政治工作的重要论述为根本指南。在现实性上,“专业课教师德育意识的不断提升”“专业课思想政治教育资源的深入挖掘”“协同育人机制的有效形成”等,是“课程思政”建设应重视的关键问题。加强“课程思政”建设的策略选择,可主要包括:“教育者先受教育,提升专业课教师的德育能力”;“构建完善的制度,挖掘专业课程中的思想政治教育资源”;“坚持统筹联动,形成推动‘课程思政’建设的有效机制”等。General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that“all other courses should be responsible for the specific sect of the courses,work together with the ideological and political theory courses to form a synergy effect”,and“integrate the ideological and political work into the curriculum”.The strengthening of the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”need to be based on Marx and Engels’s theory on the all-round development of human beings,and guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping’s major exposition on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.In practice,“the continuous improvement of professional teachers’moral consciousness”,“the in-depth excavation of professional ideological and political education resources”,and“the effective construction of collaborative education mechanism”are the key issues that should be paid attention to in the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”.The strategies to strengthen the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”can mainly include“educators educated first to improve the moral education ability of professional course teachers”,“a perfect system built to excavate the ideological and political education resources of professional courses”,and“the overall linkage adhered to build an effective mechanism to promote the construction of“curriculum ideology and politics”.
