摘  要:为了解决目前无法精确计算用户电能表更换期间的电量,损害供电方、发电方及用户之间的切身利益。研制了无表电量计费智能分析仪,首先,通过研究二次回路的实际功率,对无表计费方法的软、硬件原理进行了分析研究,研制出了无表电量计费智能分析仪,实现了电量的准确追补;其次,为了确保所研制仪器的安全性以及实时性,提出了一些优化措施,减小装置的接入与拆除对系统二次回路的影响;最后,将研制的分析仪应用于多个现场,并以其中一个现场应用进行剖析,结果表明传统计量追补电量的误差为11.7%,通过现场数据验证了研发的无表计费装置的实用价值。In order to solve the problem to accurately calculate the electricity quantity during the replacement of electricity meters for users,which damages the vital interests of the power supplier,the power generator and the users,this paper developed an intelligent meter-less electricity charging analyzer.Firstly,by studying the actual power of the secondary loop,the software and hardware principles of the meter-less billing method were analyzed and researched,and a smart meter for meter-less charging was developed,which realized the accurate recovery of electricity.Secondly,in order to ensure the safety and real-time performance of the developed instrument,some optimization measures were proposed to reduce the impact of device access and removal on the secondary circuit of the system.Finally,the developed analyzer was applied to multiple sites and one of them was analyzed.The analysis of the application showed that the error of the traditional metering was 11.7%,and the practical value of the developed meter-less electricity charging analyzer was verified by field data.
