消癖煎对小鼠抗炎镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究消癖煎对小鼠的镇痛抗炎作用。方法取雌性小鼠随机分为模型对照组(生理盐水,灌胃给药)、阳性药组(阿司匹林肠溶液0.1 mL/10 g,灌胃给药)和消癖煎高、中、低剂量组(分别为0.336 mL/10 g、0.168 mL/10 g、0.052 mL/10 g,灌胃给药)。采用热板法通过比较给药15、30、60 min后的小鼠舔足潜伏期和小鼠的醋酸扭体实验来评价消癖煎的镇痛作用。通过小鼠足肿胀实验研究其抗炎作用。结果与模型对照组相比,消癖煎中、高剂量组的小鼠舔足潜伏期明显延长(P<0.05);消癖煎各剂量组的小鼠扭体次数明显减少(P<0.05);消癖煎各剂量组小鼠致炎后的30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h的足肿胀度也均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论消癖煎对小鼠有明显的镇痛、抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE Tudy on the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of XiaoPi Decoction in mice.METHODS Female mices were randomly divided into model control group(saline,i.g),positive control group(aspirin intestinal solution 0.1 mL/10 g,i.g)and XiaoPi Decoction high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups(0.336 mL/10 g,0.168 mL/10 g,0.052 mL/10 g,i.g).The analgesic effect of XiaoPi Decoction was evaluated by comparing the latent period of licking paw and the writhing experiment of acetic acid in mice after 15,30 and 60 minutes of administration.Study on the anti-inflammatory effect of mouse foot swelling experiment.RESULTS Compared with the model control group,the latent period of licking paw of mice in the middle and high dose groups of XiaoPi Decoction was significantly prolonged(P<0.05);the number of writhing of mice in each dose group of XiaoPi Decoction was significantly reduced(P<0.05);the swelling degree of paw of mice in each dose group of XiaoPi Decoction at 30 min,1 h,2 h and 4 h after inflammation was also significantly reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION XiaoPi Decoction has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects on mice.
