摘 要:目的比较白花蛇舌草与水线草的UPLC指纹图谱差异,为两种药材的质量评价提供依据。方法采用UPLC法,Waters HSS T 3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),以乙腈(A)-0.01%醋酸溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长238 nm,建立白花蛇舌草与水线草的指纹图谱分析方法并进行相似度评价。结果分别建立了两者UPLC指纹图谱分析方法,白花蛇舌草中确定了14个共有峰,11批样品的相似度为0.952~0.991,水线草中确定了6个共有峰,10批样品的相似度为0.704~0.977,两种药材指纹图谱差异明显。结论所建立的方法可用于白花蛇舌草与水线草的区分鉴别,可为提高白花蛇舌草和水线草的质量控制方法提供参考。OBJECTIVE To compare the differences of UPLC fingerprints of Hedyotis diffusa and Hedyotis corymbosa.To provide basis for quality evaluation of two kinds of medicinal materials.METHODS Using UPLC method,Waters HSS T 3 chromatographic column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8μm),acetonitrile(A)-0.01%acetic acid solution(B)as mobile phase,gradient elution,detection wavelength:238 nm.To establish the fingerprint analysis method of Hedyotis diffusa and Hedyotis corymbose.Then to evaluate the similarity.RESULTS Two UPLC fingerprint methods were established.There were 14 common peaks in Hedyotis diffusa.The similarity of 11 batches of samples was 0.952-0.991.There were 6 common peaks in Hedyotis corymbose.The similarity of 10 batches of samples was 0.704-0.977.There were obvious differences between the fingerprint of two kinds of medicinal materials.CONCLUSION The method can be used to distinguish Hedyotis diffusa and Hedyotis corymbose.It can provide reference for improving the quality control methods of two kinds of medicinal materials.
