三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮的临床疗效Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法基于中国知网、万方、维普数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library以及Web of Science进行文献检索,收集三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮的随机对照试验,检索时间不限。通过筛选文献与提取资料,运用RevMan 5.4.1软件对纳入文献进行质量评价及结局指标的Meta分析。结果纳入7篇文献,共计574例患者。Meta分析结果显示,三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮的总有效率、痊愈率、不良反应及复发人数均优于对照组(P<0.05);在改善皮损情况方面,三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄凝胶及三黄凝胶联合其他方法治疗痤疮的临床疗效明显,但基于文献数量及质量的局限性,有待进一步支持。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang gel or Sanhuang gel combined with other methods in the treatment of acne.Methods Literature retrieval was conducted based on CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu database,PubMed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science to collect randomized controlled trials of Sanhuang gel or Sanhuang gel combined with other methods in the treatment of acne,with unlimited retrieval time.After literature screening and data extraction,RevMan 5.4.1 software was used to conduct quality evaluation and Meta-analysis of outcome indexes for the included literature.Results Seven literatures involving 574 patients were included.The Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate,cure rate,adverse reaction and recurrence cases of Sanhuang gel or Sanhuang gel combined with other methods in the treatment of acne were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);in terms of improving skin lesions,Sanhuang gel or Sanhuang gel combined with other methods for acne was superior to the control group,the differences were statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang gel or Sanhuang gel combined with other methods has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne.However,further support is needed due to the limitations of quantity and quality of literature.
