手法复位小夹板固定联合分期中药疗法对桡骨远端骨折患者关节功能及骨折愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的观察手法复位小夹板固定联合分期中药疗法对桡骨远端骨折患者关节功能及骨折愈合的影响。方法将我院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的80例桡骨远端骨折患者依照治疗方案的不同分为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组给予手法复位小夹板固定治疗,研究组给予手法复位小夹板固定联合分期中药疗法。比较两组的腕关节功能与疼痛程度评分、骨折愈合情况、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的Cooney评分均升高,VAS评分均降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,尺偏角、掌倾角以及桡骨高度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论手法复位小夹板固定联合分期中药疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折患者,可改善腕关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,促进骨折愈合,减少并发症的发生,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the effect of manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with staged traditional Chinese medicine therapy on joint function and fracture healing of patients with distal radius fracture.Methods Eighty patients with distal radius fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to different treatment schemes.The control group was given manual reduction and small splint fixation,while the study group was given manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with staged traditional Chinese medicine therapy.The scores of wrist joints function and pain,fracture healing,complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,Cooney scores of the two groups increased,VAS scores decreased,and those of the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the ulnar deviation angle,palmar inclination angle and radius height of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 27.50%of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The manual reduction and small splint fixation combined with staged traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of patients with distal radius fracture can improve wrist joint function,reduce pain,promote fracture healing and reduce complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
