摘　　要：痤疮是累及毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病,发病率高且易复发,不仅会对容貌造成影响,还会影响患者的身心健康。抗生素和激素等痤疮治疗方法的副作用多,且易产生耐药性。中医药在治疗痤疮方面历史悠久,治疗形式多样,临床疗效确切,各具特色。中药内治法可针对痤疮发病的类型辨证论治,采用黄芩、连翘、半夏等具有消散解毒、清热凉血功效的复方汤剂进行对症治疗;中药外治法包括中药面膜、中药熏蒸、湿敷、搽剂和涂剂法,具有操作简便、不良反应少等特点;中医火针、刺络拔罐法、穴位埋线法等治疗方法通过作用于特定穴位起作用,其具有起效迅速、成本低廉的优势。本文综述了中医药在治疗痤疮方面的研究进展及应用概况,以期为临床治疗痤疮提供参考。Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving the sebaceous glands of the hair follicle.The incidence rate is high and easy to relapse.It will not only affect the appearance,but also affect the physical and mental health of the patients.Antibiotics,hormones and other treatment methods of acne have many side effects and are prone to drug resistance.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne has a long history,various forms of treatment,exact clinical efficacy,each with its own characteristics.The internal therapy of traditional Chinese medicine can be used to treat the types of acne according to syndrome differentiation,the compound decoction,such as Radix scutellariae,Forsythia and Pinellia ternata and so on,which has the functions of dispersing and detoxifying,clearing away heat and cooling blood,is used for symptomatic treatment;external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine include traditional Chinese medicine facial mask,herbal fumigation,wet compress,liniment and coating method,which has the advantages of simple operation,few adverse reactions and so on;Chinese medicine fire needles,acupuncture cupping method,acupoint embedding thread method and other treatment methods work through the action of specific acupoints,which has the advantages of rapid effect and low cost.This paper reviews the research progress and application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acne,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of acne.
