摘　　要：胃癌是我国高发的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。全国名中医刘沈林教授提出胃癌治疗当以其临床、病理分期为依据,根据中医治疗目的的不同,分为可切除胃癌术后防治复发转移和晚期不可切除带瘤生存的“两期”治疗理念。在“两期”理念指导下,刘教授遣方用药注重辨证与辨病相结合、扶正与祛邪相平衡。本文总结了刘沈林教授对胃癌“两期”论治的学术经验,并附医案2则加以佐证,为胃癌的中医临证治疗提供参考与思路。Gastric cancer is one of the most high-incidence malignant tumors of digestive tract in China.Professor Liu Shenlin,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,built up the two-steps treatment of gastric cancer based on its clinical and pathological stages.Professor Liu Shenlin stated that the two-steps treatment is divided into the prevention and treatment of relapse with metastasis of resectable gastric cancer and the advanced unresectable survival with tumor according to different treatment purposes.Under the guidance of the two-steps treatment,Professor Liu paid attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and the balance between strengthening the body resistance driving out evil spirits.This paper summarized Professor Liu Shenlin’s academic experience in the two-steps treatment of gastric cancer supported by two medical records,so as to provide reference and ideas for the clinical treatment of gastric cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
