摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸汤治疗视疲劳症的临床疗效。方法选取赣南医学院第三附属医院2019年2月—2020年10月收治的视疲劳症患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者外用润洁或珍视明等缓解视疲劳的滴眼液,配合做眼保健操治疗;治疗组患者内服吴茱萸汤联合熏蒸眼部治疗;比较2组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),对照组患者治疗总有效率为85.00%(34/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者的视物模糊、不耐久视、畏光流泪、眼睑痉挛、结膜充血、眼部酸痛、眼部疲倦、眼部干涩8项眼部症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者的上述症状评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸汤治疗视疲劳症的临床疗效显著,患者临床眼部症状可明显改善。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuzhuyu decoction in treating asthenopia.Methods A total of 80 cases of asthenopia in our hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group took external eye drops such as Runjie or Zhenshiming to relieve visual fatigue and cooperated with eye exercises.The patients in the treatment group took the Wuzhuyu decoction combined with eye fumigation treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 97.50%(39/40),and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.00%(34/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of 8 ocular symptoms between the two groups of patients for blurred vision,impatience,photophobia,tearing,blepharospasm,conjunctival hyperemia,eye soreness,eye fatigue,and dry eyes(P>0.05).After treatment,the above-mentioned symptom scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuzhuyu decoction has a significant clinical effect in treating asthenopia,and the clinical ocular symptoms of patients can be significantly improved.
