正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗髋关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗髋关节骨性关节炎的临床研究。方法选取2017年6月—2019年4月在江西省南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的70例髋关节骨性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组35例和观察组35例。观察组采用正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法治疗,对照组采取髋关节腔内注射透明酸钠注射液治疗,比较2组治疗前后的炎症因子水平、髋关节功能、VAS评分以及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的IL-6、TNF-α、WOMAC和VAS评分均低于对照组,并且Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为88.6%(31/35),明显高于对照组的71.4%(24/35),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法能有效降低髋关节骨性关节炎患者的炎性介质水平,减轻炎症反应引起的疼痛症状,患者髋关节功能得到恢复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical study of Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy in treating hip osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with hip osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The observation group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy,and the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the hip joint point.The levels of inflammatory factors,hip function,VAS score,and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The IL-6,TNF-α,WOMAC and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Harris scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 88.6%(31/35),which was significantly higher than that of control group(71.4%,24/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning triple sequential therapy can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory mediators in patients with osteoarthritis of hip joint,reduce the pain symptoms caused by inflammatory response,and restore the hip function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
