独揉神阙法治疗小儿食积便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察独揉神阙法治疗小儿食积便秘的疗效。方法将60例小儿食积便秘患儿随机分为2组,观察组给予独揉神阙法治疗,对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗。结果观察组总有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率86.67%(26/30),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,2组中医证候总积分较治疗前均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后中医证候总积分比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独揉神阙法治疗小儿食积便秘以三字经流派推拿特点为指导原则,操作简单,取穴便捷,易于规范化操作,痛苦小,患儿依从性强,安全无不良反应,临床疗效显著,充分发挥了中医非药物治疗的特点,值得广泛推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of massage Shenque(RN8)method on infantile constipation due to dyspepsia.Methods 60 cases of infantile food accumulation constipation were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with massage Shenque(RN8)method,and the control group was treated with lactulose oral solution.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage Shenque(RN8)therapy in the treatment of infantile food accumulation constipation is guided by the characteristics of three-character-scripture school massage.It is easy to operate,convenient to select acupoints,easy to standardize operation,less pain,strong compliance,safety and no side effects.It has significant clinical effect,and gives full play to the characteristics of non drug treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of wide promotion.
