摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法将70例脑卒中后肢体痉挛性瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗和西医康复训练,治疗组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗。7 d为1个疗程,2组患者分别治疗4个疗程。比较2组患者的综合临床疗效。结果治疗组患者综合临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合康复训练能明显改善脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪患者的肌张力状态。Objective To observation the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the spastic paralysis in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods 70 patient with spastic paralysis in patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was combined with acupuncture.7 d was a course of treatment,and the 2 groups were treated for 4 courses,respectively.The comprehensive clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The comprehensive clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the muscular tension of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke.
