摘 要:目的:探讨分析持续呼吸道正压通气(CPAP)联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:随机数字表法选取某院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的新生儿肺炎患儿100例,分为对照组与观察组各50例,对照组实施CPAP治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上联合纳洛酮治疗,比较两组患儿治疗2周后总有效率、呼吸功能改善情况与症状改善时间的变化。结果:两组患儿治疗后观察组比对照组总有效率更高,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前呼吸功能O 2与CO 2值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后O 2值均有提升,观察组O 2值明显高于对照组;CO 2值均有减少,观察组CO 2值明显低于对照组;观察组比对照组呼吸功能改善更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后症状改善时间观察组比对照组耗时更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用CPAP联合纳洛酮治疗新生儿肺炎疗效好,症状改善时间更短,呼吸功能改善显著。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) ventilation combined with naloxone in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods: A total of 100 neonates with pneumonia admitted to a hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CPAP. The observation group was treated with naloxone on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, the improvement of respiratory function and the time of symptom improvement were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in O 2 and CO 2 of respiratory function ( P >0.05). After treatment, O 2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;CO 2 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;The improvement of respiratory function in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). After intervention, the time of symptom improvement in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: CPAP combined with naloxone is effective in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia, with shorter time for symptom improvement and significant improvement in respiratory function.
