摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复理念下的干预在踝关节骨折患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年7月60例医院收治踝关节骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均行内固定手术治疗,对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采取快速康复护理模式,比较两组患者护理前、护理1个月后踝关节功能评分以及骨折部位疼痛评分的变化,同时统计两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组护理1个月后的踝关节功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),护理1个月后的骨折部位疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复护理能够降低手术并发症发生率,从而改善踝关节骨折患者术后关节功能以及疼痛症状,值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the application effect of intervention under the concept of rapid rehabilitation in postoperative recovery of patients with ankle fractures.Methods:From January 2017 to July 2019,60 patients with ankle fractures admitted to a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were treated with internal fixation surgery,the control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing mode.The changes of ankle function score and fracture site pain score before and after nursing for 1 month were compared between the two groups,and the postoperative complications of the two groups were also counted.Results:The ankle joint function score after 1 month of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the ninjury pain score after 1 month of nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing can reduce the incidence of surgical complications,so as to improve postoperative joint function and pain symptoms in patients with ankle fractures,which is worthy of promotion and application.
