医院信息化建设在传染病报告监控中的作用

摘　　要：目的在医院信息化建设基础上,构建并对接传染病实时监控平台,用于传染病疫情的两级报告和监控管理。方法以医院HIS信息系统为平台,整合HIS、LIS、PACS存量信息,建立功能模块,设立预警提示,医生通过HIS系统跳转传染病实时监控平台,完成传染病信息的采集、上报,管理员导入网络直报、进行预警及患者信息查询、疫情数据统计等。结果医生及时处置传染病预警信息,管理人员实时监控、审核、直接对接国家疾病预防控制信息系统导入直报。2019年使用监控平台后,传染病漏报率和疫情报告完整率与2018年比较,经数据统计显示,χ^(2)值分别为:χ^(2)=9.254,χ^(2)=74.715,差异均具有统计学意义,表明监控平台的应用能有效减少传染病漏报,确保报告的及时性,显著提高了疫情报卡质量。结论信息化极大提升了传染病疫情报告的工作效率和质量,为传染病疫情管理更加系统化、规范化和科学化提供了支持。Objective To construct and connect the real-time monitoring platform of infectious diseases on the basis of hospital information construction for two-level reporting and monitoring management of infectious diseases.Methods With HIS information system as the platform,the information of HIS,LIS and PACS was integrated,and the function modules were established and the early warning prompt was set up.Doctors could jump to the real-time monitoring platform of infectious diseases through HIS system to complete the collection and reporting of infectious disease information,and the administrator could import the network direct report,carry out early warning and patient information query,epidemic data statistics,etc.Results Doctors timely handle the early warning information of infectious diseases,and managers monitor,audit and directly connect with the national disease prevention and control information system to import direct reports.After using the monitoring platform in 2019,compared with that in 2018,the missing report rate of infectious diseases and the integrity rate of epidemic situation report are respectively:χ^(2)=9.254,χ^(2)=74.715,the differences are statistically significant,which shows that the application of monitoring platform can effectively reduce the missing report of infectious diseases,ensure the timeliness of reporting,and significantly improve the quality of epidemic reporting card.Conclusion Information technology greatly improves the work efficiency and quality of infectious disease reporting,and provides support for more systematic,standardized and scientific management of infectious diseases.
