摘  要:在3C1B(三涂一烘)的工艺下,通过树脂、助溶剂、颜料的合理搭配制备了一款水性双组分中涂和一款水性双组分底色漆,中涂采用旋杯喷涂,底色漆采用两遍旋杯的喷涂方式,该配套组合能够满足产品对于多种性能的要求。同时探究了在上述工艺条件下,漆膜厚度变化以及漆雾对漆膜外观的影响,结合抗紫外穿透测试,找出了施工的最佳膜厚。结果表明:随着中涂和底色漆膜厚的增加,DOI下降,LW和SW上升,且漆雾的存在会导致外观质量下降;中涂推荐施工膜厚为12~15μm,色漆总施工膜厚为11~16μm。A two-component water-based intercoat and basecoat were prepared for the process of 3C1B(three coating and one baking)by optimized formulation,in terms of resins,co-solvents and pigments.The intercoat was applied by rotating bell spray,and the basecoat was applied by rotating bell spray with dual coats.The multilayer system could meet the requirements of the product for a variety of properties.Meanwhile,the influences of the overspray and change of the film thickness under this process on the appearance were investigated.Combined with the UV test,the optimal applied film thickness was determined.The results showed that with the increase of film thickness,DOI decreased,LW and SW increased.,and the overspray would lead to the deterioration of film appearance.The applied intercoat film thickness was(12~15)μm,and basecoat film thickness was(11~16)μm.
