摘  要:将互穿网络结构的阻尼弹性乳液分别与醋叔乳液、苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳按质量比1∶1共混,分别添加相同的膨胀体系,研究了不同基体成膜物质对防火性能的影响,实验结果表明:醋叔乳液与阻尼弹性乳液按照质量比1∶1混合后,燃烧后的碳化层柔软不容易掉落、膨胀倍数能够达到30倍、碳化层发泡均匀密实,30 min背板温度只有180℃,因此选定醋叔乳液作为防火阻尼涂料的成膜物质。然后通过试验确定聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺的质量比,结果表明:当三者用量比为25∶12∶9时,防火涂料的防火性能等指标最佳。然后将防火涂料与云母粉、空心微珠物理共混,其阻尼损耗因子在20℃时可以达到0.16,得到了一种宽温域、同时具备防火性能与阻尼性能的功能涂料,并且成功应用于国内城轨车辆。The damping elastic latex with IPN structure was mixed with vinyl acetatevinyl versatate,styrene-acrylic,pure acrylic and silicone-acrylic latexes respectively at a mass ratio of 1∶1,and added with same intumescent systems. The effects of different matrix film-forming materials on the fire retardance were studied. The experimental results showed that when the mass ratio of vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate latex and damping elastic latex was 1∶1,the char layer formed after burning was soft and not easy to delaminated,the intumescent thickness could reach 30 times,the foams in char layer was dense and evenly,and the temperature of the backside was only 180 ℃ in 30 minutes. The results showed that when the ratio of ammonium polyphosphate,pentaerythritol and melamine was 25∶12∶9,the fire retardant property of the fire retardant coatings was the best. The damping loss factor of the fire retardant coatings could be 0. 16 at 20 ℃ by physical blending in mica powder and hollow microsphere,which provided a kind of functional coatings with fire retardant and damping performance in a wide temperature range,and successfully applied to domestic urban rail vehicles.
