摘　　要：针对国内载货汽车底盘零件涂层存在的防腐性与耐候性不良等问题,介绍并分析了车架、车轮、车桥与钢板弹簧等零件的涂层质量要求、典型涂装工艺特点,提出了涂层质量改善的思路与建议。车架总成电泳涂装应选用兼顾防腐性与耐候性的"底面合一"型阴极电泳涂料,车架纵梁喷粉、零件单独涂装后再进行总成装配可改善缝隙、夹层等部位的锈蚀问题;车轮涂装应保证零件的抛丸质量与电泳漆膜厚度;车桥涂装应关注零件的底漆质量与总成的喷涂质量;钢板弹簧涂装应去除氧化皮,板簧单片进行涂装,装配后再总成喷漆。In view of the problems of poor anti-corrosion and weather-resistance of the coatings on chassis parts for domestic cargo trucks,this paper described and analyzed the coatings quality requirements and typical painting process characteristics of frame,wheel,axle and leaf spring and the ideas and suggestions for improving the coatings quality were proposed.The cathodic electrophoretic paint for topcoat and primer as one with both anti-corrosion and w eather-resistance performance should be selected for the electrophoretic painting of frame assembly.The problem of rusting in the gap,interlayers and other parts could be improved by spraying powder on the frame stringer and painting the parts separately before assembly.Shot blasting quality and electrophoretic film thickness of the parts should be ensured in wheel painting process.Attention should be paid to the primer quality of parts and the spraying quality of axle assembly.The oxide scale of leaf spring should be removed before painting,and the single leaf spring should be painted before assembly painting.
