摘　　要：工程机械产品生产离不开涂料与涂装,VOCs的治理必然会对工程机械几种不同的涂装材料产生不同的影响。传统溶剂型涂料由于其VOCs含量较高,受到的冲击最大,在工程机械涂装材料中的比例将大幅下降。水性涂料作为一种以水为稀释剂、VOCs含量较低的环保型涂料,虽然施工条件较为苛刻,但施工方法与传统溶剂型涂料相同,且不受工件尺寸限制,因此将成为传统溶剂型涂料的主要替代。粉末涂料作为无溶剂涂料是VOCs减排的首选,在工程机械中的应用范围会加大,但是受到干燥条件和工程机械零件板材厚度影响,无法完全替代传统溶剂型涂料。电泳涂料虽然也是环保型涂料,但受到干燥条件、设备投资.工件尺寸、板材厚度等影响,变化不会很明显。高固体分溶剂型涂料由于VOCs含量较传统溶剂型涂料大幅降低,因此也被倡导使用,但替代范围有限。辐射固化涂料、天冬聚脲涂料在工程机械行业的应用研究会加快,但短期内推广应用范围不大。The construction machinery needs coatings for protection. The control of VOCs will inevitably have different effects on different coatings of construction machinery. Due to the high VOCs content of solvent-based coatings,the proportion of solvent-based coatings in construction machinery coatings will be greatly influenced and needs to be reduced. The waterborne coatings as a kind of environmental friendly system with water as diluent and low VOCs content,although the applying conditions are more stringent,but the application process is the same as the traditional solvent-based coatings,and is not limited by the size of the workpiece,so it will become the main alternative of the traditional solvent-based coatings.Powder coatings is the first choice for VOCs emission reduction,and its application scope in construction machinery will be broadened,but it cannot completely replace the traditional solvent-based coatings because of the limit of drying energy and the thickness of substrates.Electrophoretic coatings is also an environmental friendly coatings,but the change will not be obvious due to the limit of drying conditions,equipment investment,workpiece size and plate thickness. The VOCs of high solid solvent-based coatings is significantly lower than that of traditional solvent-based coatings,but the scope of substitution is limited. The application ofUV curable coatings and polyaspartic polyurea coatings in construction machinery industry will be accelerated,but the application scope will not be very broadened in short time.
