摘 要:为了探明无机陶瓷膜管(以下简称膜管)过滤气体时,不同工作压力下膜管内部气流场的变化特性,利用计算流体力学(CFD)对膜管内部气流场进行仿真计算.模拟结果揭示了气流在膜管内压力场、速度场以及湍流动能的变化规律,并且以湍流动能为参考,评价膜管易损位置,发现不同工作压力下膜管上端L=200 mm处和下端L=800 mm处湍流动能最大,受气体扰动最强,该位置容易受到损坏.所设模型能预测膜管内部气流场的变化规律,为膜管的工业应用设计提供一定指导.In order to clarify the characteristics of the flow field inside the inorganic ceramic membrane tube(referred to as membrane tube)under different working pressures while filtering gas,in this paper,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is used to simulate the flow field inside the membrane tube.The simulation results reveal the variation rules of the gas flow in the pressure field,velocity field and turbulent kinetic energy in the membrane tube.Taking the turbulent kinetic energy as a reference,the vulnerable position of the membrane tube is evaluated.It is also found that under different working pressures,the turbulent kinetic energy at the top(L=200 mm)and bottom(L=800 mm)is the highest and the gas disturbance is the strongest,which is vulnerable to damage.The model presented in this paper can predict the change rule of the flow field inside the membrane tube and provide some guidance for the industrial application design of the membrane tube.
