摘　　要：20世纪30年代,国民政府全国经济委员会着手于江西乡村建设事业,先后建立十个农村服务区。随后,服务区改为实验区,服务区干事兼任区长,将江西乡村建设导向政府农政范畴。由此造成的中央与地方的矛盾、"政治"与"服务"的角色冲突、经济建设与社会建设的不同取向问题,成为经委会在江西开展乡村工作中难以逾越的困境,最终导致乡村建设运动走向"乡村不动"的境地。In the 1930 s,the National Economic Commission of the nationalist government commenced the project of rural construction in Jiangxi Province and established ten service districts in rural areas successively.Later,service districts were changed to experimental districts,and the secretary of the service district also became the governor.The rural construction in Jiangxi Province was directed under the rural administration by the government.Such changes had led to the contradiction between the local and central governments,the role conflict between"administration"and"service"and the different orientations of economic and rural constructions.The National Economic Commission had difficulties to overcome in the rural construction in Jianxi.Therefore,the movement of rural construction fell into a situation of"rural stagnation".
