双层玻璃水介质下的热传递性能实验研究

摘  要:通过搭建双层玻璃在水和空气两种介质下的实验测试箱对照平台,采用太阳能辐射测量仪监测实际气候下南向垂直面太阳辐射强度,多通道热流密度仪监测实验测试箱室内的得热量,同时采用铂电阻采集玻璃系统内外壁面及测试箱室内外温度变化,对比研究了实验组和对照组的双层玻璃系统热传递性能,室内外温度变化情况,及室内逐时得热量等性能。温度分析结果表明:在同一气候条件下,双层玻璃在水介质下相对空气介质的室内温度更低,晴天工况温差可达0.5~4.83℃。能耗分析表明,二者的隔热性能比较的最终关注量为室内得热量,该值随着太阳辐射强度的增强而差距更大,夏季晴天透过水介质双层玻璃的室内总得热量比中空玻璃减少40.79%。Comparisons of thermal characteristics between double glazing filled with water and hollow glass were conducted by setting up an experimental test box.The solar radiation of southward vertical plane was monitored by a solar radiation meter system,the heat gain in the experimental test chamber was monitored multi-channel heat flow meter.At the same time,temperature changes of outdoor and indoor,and window surfaces’temperature were collected by Pt100 platinum resistances.The temperature analysis shows that indoor temperature of double-glazing filled with water was lower,the differences in sunny conditions can reach 0.5~4.83℃.Energy consumption analysis shows that indoor total heat gain of double glazing filled with water less 40.79%than that through the hollow glass,and the greater the outdoor solar radiation,the bigger the difference is.
