摘  要:针对国内某钢厂中板矫直机支承辊用调心滚子轴承出现抱死而频繁停机的问题,对轴承进行了拆解,介绍了轴承失效的情况。结合支承辊的应用工况,得到结论:轴承失效的主要原因是过大的轴向力。鉴于此,提出了多项优化措施,包括改用CC型结构调心滚子轴承;正确安装支承辊,控制支承辊位置偏差;增加轴承座刚度,降低振动;以及其他降低轴向力的措施。经验证,轴承寿命得到了提高。Aiming at the problem of locking and frequent shutdown of self^aligning roller bearing for backup roll of plate straightener in a domestic steel plant,the bearing was disassembled and the failure of bearing was introduced.Combined with the application condition of backup roll,it is concluded that the main reason of bearing failure is excessive axial force.On this basis,a number of optimization measures are put forward,including the use of CC type self^aligning roller bearing;correct installation of support roll to control the position deviation of support roll;increasing the stiffness of bearing seat to reduce vibration;and other measures to reduce axial force.After verification,the bearing life has been improved.
