摘　　要：针对某型轴承生产过程中出现止动槽位置加工错误,而在该型轴承生产流程中不易被发现并剔除的问题,专门设计了防错工装。该工装能够在不影响原有工艺的前提下,区分并剔除不合格品,切断错误件的流转途径,杜绝了上述问题的产生。In order to solve the problem that the machining error of the stop groove position occurs in the production process of a certain type of bearing,which is not easy to be found and eliminated in the production process,the error-proof tooling is designed.It can distinguish and take out the unqualified products without affecting the original technology,cut off the circulation path of the wrong parts,and eliminate the above problems.
